1. Formation of the US company

Manage the incorporation filing process, obtain federal tax identification number, qualify the company to do business with state(s) and apply for business licenses with the city(ies) and county(ies).

2. Operations infrastructure

Set up bank account, payroll, employee's health benefits, retirement plan, accounting and back office apps.

6. Visa support

Work with immigration lawyer to provide expert opinion letter, obtain Dun and Bradstreet number and report, draft the company’s bylaws, purchase of stock, stock ledger, Board meeting minutes etc…as required by the US immigration authority for different types of visas.

3. Monthly package

Maintain accounting, payroll, employee benefits, banking activities; pay bills; audit employee expense reports and compile monthly financial statements.

4. Year-end projects

Manage tax firm to file tax returns with federal and state governments; assist with other filings with federal, state(s) and cities.

5. Other projects

Examples of projects: Manage and administer the 401K employee retirement plan as a trustee; draft US employee handbook and travel policy; handle compliance administration with different states for payroll, sales, revenues and corporate taxes.
