Since 1993, FR Services, Inc. has provided "Startup" Financial Management and Administrative services to small and medium-sized European companies that plan to establish, or have established, operations in the U.S. Our services include: (1) assistance in U.S. company formation, including coordination with legal counsel and assistance with business administration setup and domiciliation; and (2) management of growth & expansion, including accounting and administrative management, human resources management, financial reporting and tax returns. We have substantial experience with companies in the high-technology, life-science, and biotechnology sectors. The company currently provides services to clients located all over the U.S. with more than 50% being in the high-technology/software industry.
