Brigitte Aiken - Founder

Brigitte has provided "Startup" CFO and Financial and Administrative services to European companies establishing in the US since 1993. She helped more than 100 European technology venture backed companies to start and grow their US subsidiaries by managing the incorporation process, structuring, advising and maintaining their finance, accounting, human resources, tax and compliance administration during the startup phase.

Prior to forming FR Services, Inc. in 1993, Brigitte was a Merger and Acquisition specialist for Harris Roja Corporation, a boutique investment banking firm serving technology companies in Silicon Valley, California. As a Merger and Acquisition advisor, Brigitte helped companies to develop corporate strategies including restructuring and improving the company's operation for merger, acquisition, joint venture, turnaround or divestiture.

Earlier in her career, she held senior financial management positions at Priam Corporation and Bank of America. Brigitte earned an MBA in Finance from Central State University, Oklahoma, where she was appointed to the President's Honor Roll. She holds a BA in Finance and Economics from the University of Oklahoma and a French Baccalaureate in Literature from Lycee
